About Me

I’m a Boston-based mental health counselor licensed in the state of Massachusetts, specializing in anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. I take a compassionate, strengths-based approach rooted in mindfulness and trauma-informed care. I specialize in EMDR therapy which I was drawn to after experiencing its transformative impact in my own personal therapy. I’ve completed both basic and advanced EMDR training with a focus on treating PTSD, addiction, and anxiety.

My background includes work at the Trauma Center at JRI, a community methadone clinic, and a shelter for survivors of interpersonal violence. These experiences inform my commitment to helping clients build insight, access inner resilience, and develop healthier ways to navigate difficult emotions.
